Locals is busy and has a huge selection. The last couple times I gone in my bud tender was Nylah and I have to leave a review. She is personable, knows her stuff and I can tell she genuinely cares about educating and finding what I need. May is my other favorite bud tender she is always personable and fun. I have rarely had bad customer service here over the years even as employees come and go and I wish I could name them all. Best return policy in town for carts. Best selection. Great experiences. Great spot.
This place has the best top notch customer service! The butterfinger that helped me this last time was very patient helping me find a topical for my back pain! She took the time to explain the differences between the different options and really listened to what I was saying and…I came in to pick up my online order so the topical was a last minute added on item and she didn’t even seem upset with me! The bud tenders are VERY knowledgeable about the product they carry!! This is the only place I go since they opened!!
