This is the best dispensary ever. Jen Britt and Taylor are Super knowledgeable and helpful. They have the best selection. And one of the only dispensaries that actually lets you smell the flower before you buy it.
I had a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and had good products at great prices and I can’t wait to come back
I called and Brittney answered the phone. She claims she’s the Manager. Doubtful. I asked her about a specific product they normally carry. She said to call back in 30 minutes and she’d know more. She said she was too busy to help me because there were customers in the store. Oddly, I offered to come in and wait for her assistance, as I was just 10 minutes away, and she said, “No, it was better to call back.” When I did, she said she accomplished NADA and could not make an expectation to answer my query. She’s a terrible manager, provides terrible customer service and cannot follow through with her own promises. Then she started giving me all these lame excuses how long it would take to actually put it into the system to, you know, actually sell the stuff, because its just so hard and takes so long…. HAHAHA nothing but negativity from Brittney. She sucks.
Angelina is amazing she always has a smile and fantastic attitude. She knows her stuff, helps me find exactly what I need. Definitely one of a favorite people to work with at Lova.
