Used to be a great place. Night time crew was lazy decided to close 10 min early eve though people were at the door. Sad to see a great place have no choice but to have lazy workers
Love Love Love this place! Only reason for 4 star instead of five is due to Brean. She is efficient and gets customers in and out (which can be a good thing) but it also makes you feel rushed and not valued as a customer. Other staff members seem friendly and engaging which increases customer loyalty and potential for up sales. I love cannabis and it sucks when the person selling it to you doesn’t seem to share the same passion.
Stopped by last night too hard to find parking had to walk few blocks. Not a great selection in live concentrates. Left without anything went up the street for what I needed. Store stinks literally smelled strange and not like good weed.
OMG if you have ever in your life, been in this store and have met the GM 🤯🤩the options alone drew me in but then the customer service was beyond outstanding!!
If they didn’t have a strain I was looking for specifically, then the GM and his amazing team/staff would get me something close to, if not better. He really took his time with our meet, and showed me great brands and let me smell each and every one! (Not all stores do). Best part.. no pre packaged deals. Measured everything in front of me, then packaged, so I knew I was getting what I asked for. I could go all day about this amazing team/store! But if your new to the cannabis world and looking for info as well as quality DEFINITELY start with Lova 🌋♥️
