Not a good experience. I wanted to try some of the products I saw online so I placed a pickup order on the website. I then went in at the time the website said and found myself in a cold, unwelcoming room with a door next to a slot that said to drop your I.D. here, so I did that and waited. Never seen or heard anyone while stuck in a waiting room or whatever it was for what seemed like forever, though it was probably only 10 mins or so. Understand this was my first time and I’m old school (or maybe just old) so it still kind of felt like I was doing something wrong. Finally had to get out of there and luckily I was able to retrieve my I.D. from the slot.
I was under the impression that I would make an order, go into the shop and see a person I would give cash to and then grab my order. It obviously is not that simple these days. I think whatever the process is should be listed on the website, especially if they don’t have anyone there for a customer to even ask for help. It makes no sense to make an order and then go in and sit in a room by yourself for awhile wondering if you made a mistake somewhere in the process.
I only gave 3 stars because I don’t know anything more about this place and I am probably the one that did something wrong but I believe some assistance as to how things work should be laid out for new customers other than the ‘Drop I.D. Here’ sign. Just saying.
Very clean dispensary, with a variety of products. My budtender was Meaghan and she was very fun to have as well as very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I picked up a live rosin cartridge from tastebudz, which was on sale at the time, which is very delicious. I also picked up some transdermal patches that were recommended to me by my budtender as well as some ripple max relief pills, which I really enjoyed and helped me with my polyneuropathy. Definitely would recommend stopping in, enjoyable staff, and enjoyable products for an overall great experience.
