I’m normally not one to write reviews unless my experience was top notch or something needs to be addressed by management. David was super helpful on 2 occasions when I came in. His service was top notch, quick and easy. I’ve watched how he takes care of customers, he goes the extra mile to make sure customers are getting what they come in asking for or provides them with an even better recommendation. He takes the time to fully explain promos, advertisements, and makes sure everyone he helps leaves satisfied. 5 star service my friend, I will be back 🙂
Macabeus was fantastic and presented multiple great options and helped me find the perfect product. He was easy to talk to and his enthusiasm was great!
Staff are friendly and helpful and the storefront is aesthetically pleasing but not that practical in terms of browsing products. However the location in my experience suffers stock issues; my first and second choice products are out of stock more often than they’re available and now even my third choice items have started being unavailable.
This is exacerbated by the storefront being very impractical at showing if an item is in and if so how much is available until you inquire. Sadly it’s no longer worth visiting if I have to go elsewhere to get what I want anyway.
Went there yesterday and got a nice tour of the bong museum. The staff there are super nice and knowledgeable about their product. I’d recommend luxleaf over any other store in the city.
