What started out as a terrible experience with a lack of customer service that was then turned into a great experience full of customer service and humanity and then the doorman in the blue hoodie had to go make it a terrible experience again. Don’t worry big dawg. I’ll never be back to this sad excuse of a dispensary.
So overpriced, and besides that the people that work here are so miserable it makes coming here a DRAG. JanePay NEVER works and I let the guy know today so he let a manager know that I was one of several people saying it’s not working and the dude then lectured me about how “not all banks are supported blah blah blah” CONSIDERING I HAVE BANK OF AMERICA I just said whatever and walked away as CLEARLY this is happening to other people and the “manager” doesn’t care at all. This place only wants your money, and they’ll overcharge and overtax you to get it. Oh and enjoy that 30+ minute wait when you get there.
I really had a lot of concerns, but these were all alleviated when I arrived. I read review after review and knew that ordering ahead would be my best bet and that turned out to be the case. You show up show your Id,wait for your order and that’s it. I was out of there in 10 minutes and the recommendation given to me by the staff was spot on.
I wish they shipped swag because I forgot to buy some while I was in store.
Its a great laid back place and if I’m in the area again it will be my 1st stop like it was this time
I tried to avoid this location. Generally anyways, but it is centrally located and one of the only places that you can go for recreational marijuana in the area. Today, as usual, I was disappointed yet again. Their prices are astronomical. Their product is subpar across-the-board. But the worst part about it was the Bud tender today. Please Maggie’s farms, please. Please. Please, please post a sign in your employee bathroom. Telling your employees to wash their hands before they go back to work. This man’s hands smell so much like butt crack. I couldn’t even smell the weed. He was trying to show me absolutely disgusting, and he licked his fingers every 10 seconds before he touched every item. I have never been so grossed out in a dispensary. In my life.
Ordered bud on the website. Checkout was $60. Since I had cash on me, I chose to pay at the store. Big mistake. Got there and they told me no, it would be $90 instead. I called bait and switch and said I would leave a negative review and not be back.
I did send an email to give them a chance to address issue first, but never got a response. So, here’s the review for whatever its worth.
PS> Competition is a healthy thing, so I am very happy cannabis has been legalized in Colo Springs. Was sad to give my tax dollars to Manitou anyway when we need in our city.
