Walking in understandably has a somewhat high security vibe, but once you’re inside it’s an extremely chill experience. Carroll was so helpful and seemed so knowledgeable and passionate about everything it made the whole experience so nice. Great deals too.
Amending my review a bit. Every visit since has been a pretty big downgrade. Last time I couldn’t ask the guy a single question without him having to go find someone else. I find myself just saying sure to different items just because the employees can’t seem to make sense of the system. Those great deals seem to be diminishing a bit as well. The online menu is consistently inaccurate so I can’t really avoid the employee not knowing what’s available by looking beforehand either.
One day my wife went in and I waited in the parking lot. 2 employees stared at us as she left and she handed me what we had just bought and left together. Upon our next visit they told her she’s banned for reselling. Considering we were repeat customers id expect them to reach out and ask us but no. She’s been liking the place down the street more.
Top notch service zero wait on 30% off Saturday. I love this place it’s very clean very bright warm atmosphere. If you have any questions the reps are very happy to help you any way they can they love to answer all questions.
The staff are absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable about all the products and offer great recommendations. They have really good product and the sales they have make it even better.
