Bought an overpriced .3G vape that didn’t work. Tried to return it and was given an email address to get ahold of. Its also worth mentioning that when I brought the item back they said i couldn’t even bring it inside. They asked me what was wrong and never got back to me. Now I’m stuck with a broken product that I spent nearly $30 on. I find it hard to trust dispensaries already, but this just doesn’t sit right with me. Almost zero communication and it doesn’t seem that they’re willing to fix the situation.
01/08/2025. Today’s meeting with Nicole and rob was very pleasing and also the girl that helped us on counter # 3 was all a great repore. We’ve been goin to maple glen since the beginning and have always been treated right by our beautifull friends there and will continue to keep maple glen as our dispensary we also knew Amy the original manager if I got that right and her husband the doctor. Heather was so patient and knowledgeable. This was my first time here and as a medical patient I felt extremely well treated! I wasn’t rushed or made to feel bad since my budget wasn’t exorbitant for this trip. I will definitely be back.
Johnny was very knowledgeable and polite. He helped me pick out what I needed and also recommended some things I didn’t know about. Great experience, I would and haverecommend Mapleglen to everyone.
