Some of the worst people to deal with. Google, their app, everything says open until 8pm. So I put in an online order around 6 or 630, get 2 text messages saying that my order is ready for pickup. So I get there, go in, and there’s 3 people inside. They Said they closed at 5. My order had been picked, scanned, and put together for pickup after you closed?? Long story short they told me they were closed 3 hours earlier and refused to just grab my already put together order and check me out.
I had a very sickening experience at Maribis. They falsely advertised a
“2 for $50” deal on concentrates, which prompted me to place a medical order.
However, when I arrived at the store, I was informed by staff that medical patients no longer qualify for the deal. Nowhere was this stated in the advertisement or during the order process.
Instead of getting what was promised, I had to pay $48 for just one concentrate-hardly a deal at all. The lack of transparency and clear communication about this policy change was frustrating, and I felt misled as a loyal medical patient.
To make matters worse, the product I walked out with didn’t made up for the bait-and-switch experience.
I expected better from Maribis, especially given their role in serving medical patients. This kind of treatment makes me question their priorities and commitment to their customers.

Super sweet staff. Very helpful and super fast can put in an order online and its ready before i can leave the parking lot, drive across the street and park.
