Super knowledgeable staff. Large variety of products. Love the old movie theater lights. Got to enjoy their Black Friday sale by accident, so that was awesome. Would definitely go back.
Maribis is always great but today was above and beyond. Not only did Jay give me the lowdown on all the upcoming deals, he enthusiastically checked my entire order for accuracy, all while making friendly small talk. This paired with Jay and the entire team’s customer service solidifies why I will only shop with Maribis! Thank you Jay (and the whole team) for going above and beyond!

I am disabled and in a wheelchair when I was holding the bag after purchasing when the items in the bag was coming out. I was readjusting the items in the bag while still in the store so that it doesn’t fall out, when security stated that I couldn’t open the items in the store, making an unnecessary scene. I explained that I wasn’t opening the items but readjusting the items to not fall out the bag but she decided to get enforcement from another security guard for me to tell them the same thing and he walked away. I didn’t like the childish behavior from the security guard. The other thing is that the price of one of the flowers was 20 dollars more than the online price and they thought that it was okay to charge more. I would not go here as the service was not acceptable.
Bought 2 half gram carts for 40% off. Didn’t realize that meant that 40% of the carts would be gone before I even opened them. This is the FIFTH time I have bought carts here and had 1/4 or more of the cart gone before I touched it. Went to ascend and bought the exact same cart 4-5 months ago and it was full, so I know it isn’t the manufacturer. I love this shop and usually have a great experience and that’s the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars. Gotta figure out the cart situation, a street drug dealer wouldn’t even rip me off like how I was today. (UPDATE) negative stars if possible. The store manager replied to this post to tell me to come in and tell her about what happened just so she could argue with me in front of the whole store about how it isn’t her job to sell the correct product to the customer. I am a manager of a kitchen line and fully understand quality control. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. I was very nice and explained my situation and she was angry AT ME before even answering me. Angry at your customer for wanting the product that they paid for? They will tell you they have nothing to do with the product and it sucks for you. These folks will sell you a half gram cart for FIFTY bucks and then give you .3 and say it’s your fault when you come to ask them about it. I’m a VIP member and I will not ever be back to this establishment. The store manager should be ashamed of how she conducted herself. Disgusting.
