I absolutely love every single person that works in the Allston MA. Location! They all are such a great team, super friendly, very well educated in & about every single product!! Just them willing to chat with you when you’re there and listen and care about you as a customer is so special, when I was dealing with the loss of my daughter, they all weee so so kind and so helpful and I will never forget that! Always fun! Love you guys thank you for everything!
I got two 1g pens and they both leaked really bad. They didn’t last me nearly as long as 1g pens usually do. Oil was coming out of the bottom and I do not keep my battery at a high voltage. Very disappointed but I don’t think I can get a refund because the pens are empty now.
Ordered online, and I didn’t realize I had added over my Allotment per day until getting to the store…… Why couldn’t the website have told me that while I was ordering?
I get to the shop, and they tell me that they can’t fill out the order which totaled $160. We then Re-worked my order to try and fit it under the allotment. Which caused me to lose 10.5 Grams of Weed, and somehow my total is only $10 less? Please make that make sense.
The staff was trying to be helpful which I extremely appreciate, but they missed the mark because your system is so flawed. Again I don’t believe this was a staff issue.
Yea i dont think ive ever had better time at a dispensary than when Talking with Carl! He was literally the best ever, had an amazing energy, gave all the best help/advice and helped provide me with the best bang for my buck!!! He’s outstanding at his job, extremely knowledgeable, and I look forward to the next time i see him there!
As an indecisive buyer, Ash always goes out of their way to find exactly what strain I need. They are super knowledgable on the product and can find exactly what I want, even before I know it myself. Overall I have never been let down by anything I have bought here, flower or concentrate. Highly recommend for some of the best deals in the area and their knowledgable staff!
