I ordered on-line, you ask what time, I did. You feature call in for fast service. I did and had to wait. With somebody very important to me in the car waiting for ME. Stop the lingerers, keep the line moving
Been coming to Mayflower for a few months now and I gotta say the staff are some of the most friendly and knowledgeable people around. With the ability to pre-order, it helps the staff to be that much more responsive to their customers. Great service, great product, great deals.. you really couldn’t ask for anymore! Perfect 10
It’s not a bad place, most of the staff is nice.
However, I will be shopping elsewhere as I can’t depend on their service to be accurate.
More than once I’ve placed an order, received the confirmation that my order is ready for pickup, and when I get there, I’m told “sorry we sold out of (insert whatever I ordered)”.
I’ve told them I have my confirmation, but evidently that’s meaningless. Every time it happens I’m met with a “whatever” type attitude & a shrug or a statement like “yeah we just do that I dunno why” when I ask why the confirmation was sent if the order was never even filled.
I kept going there because I like a few of the staff and most times I get the correct order, but it happens way too much.
I am baffled at the idea of sending a confirmation BEFORE you fill an order only to have the customer show up expecting their product be told “yeah sorry you want something else?”
Ashlynn is wonderful. Always hooks me up so well and makes sure I pay a fair price for good product. Gives great recommendations and is very friendly.
Josef hooked me up well today as well on 1/17/2025. I’ll keep coming back, you treat everyone well and are super respectful and friendly. It’s like I’m chilling with the homies when I’m at Mayflower. Thanks guys. Happy new year, best of luck to you all.
