i had an awesome experience with gabe. he was very warm and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable right from the start. he took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me and was patient in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. his advice was spot on and i could tell he genuinely cares about giving solid recommendations. its rare to find someone so relatable and helpful, and I really appreciated the interaction. ill definitely be back because of him
UPDATE: That is not what happened, you are lying and trying to cover your butt, just like Trump does, I had told them who I was calling, THEY were the ones yelling and knew exactly what was going. That’s okay you’ll never see me again and I can save a copy of this review for when you change your name on Google Maps as well.
Called ahead here because they still have not fixed their website, to see if they had any Sativa Popcorn in stock and the woman working in the back said that hey did. However, when I got there a really stupid guy at the door said that they did not have any. I tried to explain that I had just called and was told that they did. The door guy seemed to not understand, so I said someone else there can help me. While I was standing in line waiting, I tried calling the number I had called to see if I had the right location. Just as I heard the phone in the back ring and the woman answer, the entire sales staff suddenly started yelling at me aggressively and kicked me out of the store !!! Meanwhile in the parking lot, a woman so stoned that she could barely drive and park nearly hit my car!
Thankfully this happened because, I found somewhere else that had more quantity for cheaper of Sativa and not even popcorn. But I am not going to tell anyone where, so that they will always have enough stock for me.
FIRED. Never going to have to come HERE again.
i am SO sad about this review. this was my first time going to this location since the rebrand. i always buy a bonanza cart and never have any issues. today i bought one and it hit a total of two times before it stopped registering on my battery. i tried changing the battery out with two different pens to see if it was just a pen issue or a cartridge issue and it was definitely the cartridge. i was super disappointed because i rarely get the opportunity to buy cartridges, and im aware of the no return/refund policy, so it was frustrating to get a faulty item from somewhere im used to always having top tier products from. it’s 3 am and im writing this review after spending an hour and a half trying to figure out why my cartridge wasn’t hitting on any of my devices to realize it was faulty. not the best experience ive had here and sad to have had to share my thoughts. just needed to speak it since i am aware it won’t be replaced. i feel like cartridges should be tested before sales to prevent this from happening to someone else

This place used to be great when it was golden meds. I went in yesterday and they had zero sativa flower. Amateur hour. Plus the long haired manager guy is a total jerk. I would suggest you go somewhere where the actually keep flower in stock and aren’t rude. Won’t be going back again.
