I was a loyal customer for 5 years. First off I will say EVER time I shopping here has been a good experience workers are always nice and knowledgeable good people and nice building . My issue was the change in points system. I’ve drove across town just to shop at Medicine Man even though there are dispensaries right around the corner from me . It used to be if you spent $1500 in the store you could get the max of 1500 points which you could exchange for $150 off your next bill. I have done this for years . I had recent been saving up my points all last year driving 10 miles out of my way to shop with medicine man to redeem the $150, only to find out randomly that the point system has now changed giving out less reward than before . I get it’s a business and they have to do what they have to do . I get it . But with that comes the loss of someone like me a LOYAL costumer that went out of their way to shop at Medicine Man. Very disappointing. Good bye medicine man it was good while it lasted before the new corporate greed took over as the new management of the company

Update: Still so amazing!!! I drive across town to come to the Best dispensary!!! If you are lucky enough to have Amanda assist you, the stars have aligned- five out of five to be exact!!! Medicine Man stocks my favorites regularly- thank you so much to their entire staff, they are all wonderful!!
