Having been a happy customer for quite awhile , I was dismayed by the lack of response to a concern I phoned about . we had been feeling that the ounces we were buying were on the light side . But ,who would feel the need to weigh a dispensary product? Well,the next two ounces we bought , were both short by eleven grams.They were polite on the phone, and promised a return call from a manager to address the problem. Unfortunately, we never got a return call. We will never return to this dispensary and encourage customers to be wary and check your product.
