I have been shopping @ Mistik since it opened. Today I bought an ounce and had a problem when I opened the bag, I called Mistik right away. They told me they would call me back in 10 min. and THEY ACTUALLY DID. They resolved my problem right away.
The staff is always awesome and try to be helpful. Nice clean store, awesome staff, always great deals and a pretty cool loyalty program.

Awesome store. Great set up, appearance and vibe. Could have used music to enhance the vibes tho. Staff had great recommendation and were super awesome. Even if you don’t like cannabis they have a great selection of imported treats! Good prices and a great selection of products too. Can’t go wrong with anything they have.

My regular shop! The staff are so chill, often end up having a chat with staff and other customers in the store. Melanie is super knowledgeable about her products, is really mindful to bring what customers want and has great recommendations if you have particulars. Excellent price and product range. Never been to their community events, but those are great ways to engage with the shop, your kush and others. A great local Indigenous biz that supports other local craft and folks 💜
