Tldr. Very poor customer service. Not coming back. In the last year I’ve probably spent over $1000 at this location on product. But not again after they refused to do a simple exchange on a defective product.
I went to the location. Showed them the product and my receipt. Showed them it did not work on my battery , yet a different raw garden cart I purchased from them the same day did. I Showed the employee in person that the cart was defective. I also came within the 2 weeks, it was on January 25th 2025 that I made my purchase and today is the 28th a mere 3 days later.
I am telling all of my friends to avoid this location and anyone else who reads this, buy with caution, they will not honor their exchange policy on their receipt for defective product. Very dishonest business practice.
