I come to this store pretty often and when I saw Austin he immediately approached me to help me out and was extremely helpful with some questions that I had and I just distinctly remember him having a smile on his face from the second I got there and was just also super kind! I usually get a certain type whenever I go in, but when we were talking about what to get and he was helping me out, I ended up with really good stuff so he’s pretty knowledgeable as well And I just really appreciated his customer service too:) thank you Austin!
Kiana, was awesome. I was at the Dyer store and walked out, frustrated with the service I received from two of the three sales associates, a male & female and not Hanna, she was on break. Kiana enlightened me as to the discount I was expecting and how to get it without all the hassle. This store is not as close to the freeway as the Dyer store. I’ve set 1525 E. St Gertrude Pl address as my new/default destination for Mr Nice Guy. Kiana keep up the great CS attitude and again ‘Thank you’.
