Great ambiance and excellent customer service at this store. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Came in for the first time yesterday around 8. Always wondered about this store so I thought Id check it out. Store looked very cool and the girl was being very helpful but I just couldnt hear her over her co-work talking loudly with his stupid friend who came to visit him. Literally they were standing about 1 to 2 feet away and they were basically yelling. I really couldnt hear the poor girl tell me about the other products that she had and that i was very interested in. Good job bro, I came in with about 200 bucks to buy stuff and ended up just buying around 27 dollars worth. lol. This is why I dont hire young people at my company. Dont think Ill be back.sorry. The girl sales person was very nice tho.

I have always had good experiences at this shop. The staff is always very warm and welcoming and helpful. Most recently I was helped by Desmond. He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for at a price that I could afford. I really appreciated that he listened to exactly what I wanted and did not try to force a more expensive product on me like I have experienced at other shops. Thank you Desmond I will never shop anywhere else!
Janae is hands down the best budtender I’ve ever met! She knows her products inside and out, always has the best recommendations, and makes every visit a great experience. Her positive energy is contagious, and she genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Last time, she put me on the Hawaiian Juice Box infused pre-roll, and let me tell you, I was absolutely gone. And that’s exactly where I like to be, and Janae got me there! It tasted exactly how it sounds, smooth and tropical, and hit just right. Honestly, if great customer service was a strain, it would be named “Janae OG”.
Janae recommended the lavender arnica balm by Stewart farms to help with razor bumps and nothing has ever worked better! Shout out Janae 👍
