Kayla was so helpful today in presenting so many wonderful options available to me at MUV. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and helped me tremendously find what was right for me. She has a very calm, caring approach and listens to all your concerns!
Kenny gave me exceptional service today he was so quick with my orders I was in and out like that and he struck up great conversation. All of the staff at this dispensary are extremely sweet and knowledgeable, I mean you can’t leave the building without a smile on your face just from the pleasantries alone. They remember you by name and everything and always look at the best deals to give you. It’s one of the best dispensaries you can go to in Tampa!
Love this store and everyone here is great. The best part is there are no dumb questions. If the person you’re working with doesn’t have the answer then no problem getting it for you. This is a great comfortable experience for all involved!
The customer service was good, however they were definitely understaffed. I paced an online pickup order and it still took about 30 minutes to get in and out with only 2 people in front of me. By the time I left there were at least 6 people behind me. Also the quality of the flower was a 2 out of 5 stars. Very dry. Harsh smoke. Would not recommend.
Very informative and pleasant experience at MÜV! It was my first time to this location, and both staff members that helped me (Josh, as well as the staff member in the front at check-in, I did not get their name unfortunately) were very knowledgeable about the products I purchased and answered my many questions regarding some new (to me) products I’m interested in purchasing next time. The place itself is spotless inside and between the good prices and great staff, I will definitely be back. 🙂
