I had an excellent experience at MÜV today! The customer service was outstanding, thanks to Mike and Nextor, who went above and beyond to help me. They were both knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed about my options. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and friendly demeanor. Just came in today for some concentrates and it was fast, easy and the best part was the service i got from Perez. My order was online, he greeted me with my name 👍🏼 and was very cordial to tell me about my points when I asked. last but not least Perez walked me to the door and told me “ride safe” which was a nice gesture 👍🏼👍🏼
Phenomenal experience! Byron helped me choose and got me the best deal utilizing rewards I didn’t know about. The entire staff said hello and had best energy.
Please do not buy any merchandise from this store. Unfortunately, I purchased a PUFCO plus pen from them three days ago, only to have it break on the first day I bought it. The button on the battery fell off after the first or second use. Are you serious? So I called customer service and Nazarine told me I should come back to the North Miami store where I bought it for an exchange. But when I came in to exchange the broken pen I was told by the manager Luis that there was nothing he could do but reprint the receipt so I could call Pufco about the warranty. Now, if your gonna sell a product in your store I believe you should stand by it. Otherwise, why inconvenience a loyal customer with bad customer service and faulty merchandise that you won’t replace. If I could give them a 0 out of 5 I would, but unfortunately Google requires at least a 1. Crap service and even worse support for their clients. Please go elsewhere and save yourself a headache.
Byron R and his teammates are by far the nicest budtenders that I’ve come across. Always with a smile, positive attitude, extremely respectful, attentive, professional, and I believe that this young man needs to be recognized by corporate for a Promotion this young man really deserves it.
