It was my first time at a MUV location, and I was unfamiliar with their products. As a first-time patient, I was eligible for heavy discounts. Harley made good suggestions, and made sure that I got the biggest bang for my buck. I felt like my wants, needs, and desires mattered to him, and he had a friendly personality which made the transaction easy and pleasant. (Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy my medications after that, because I got hit by a car on my bike, sustained very serious injuries, required surgery, and in the hospital.)
Your text message customer satisfaction platform asks me to rate an employee by name. I closely examined the text and there is no mention of company. It just says from our edge.com. I was reluctant to click on it as I was not certain it was spam. This is easily fixed by adding a reference to MUV. You are wasting a branding opportunity.
