I went to pick up my express order today at the Wellington location an was treated with so much courtesy an professionalism by the staff as they usual do but today I have to give a big shout out to “Mayhem”, she was extremely helpful and helped me complete my order which I couldn’t have done on my own. On my first and last visits to this establishment, I encountered a female employee who exhibited unacceptable behavior. Despite waiting patiently, she appeared to be either under the influence of cannabis or simply lacking professionalism. Her appearance was unkempt, and her demeanor was rude and unapproachable.
I visited the establishment seeking medication for migraines. Unfortunately, the employee refused to listen to my explanation and instead proceeded to ask a colleague for assistance. I informed her that I had already purchased the medication she offered me but it was ineffective. In a loud and condescending manner, she responded, “Well, if none of that works, I guess nothing here will work for you.”
Given the crowded nature of the store and the proximity of the registers, I was unable to respond effectively. I simply walked away from the situation. The employee continued to engage in conversation about me with her next customer, which was deeply embarrassing. Her behavior in a medical establishment where patients expect assistance and empathy is unacceptable.
It is evident that this employee lacks both experience and empathy in dealing with customers. Her primary objective seems to be completing her shift rather than providing genuine support to those seeking her assistance.
Please spare your time and avoid this place. There are many other great places out there that are more private and offer better assistance than this establishment.
Zachary was very knowledgeable about the products at hand and he was thorough during the setup process. He made sure that I would get my loyalty points without any prompting from me. I appreciate customer service staff that treat their guests like they would treat their friends. Kudos.
