Not sure what idiot rated these fine folks badly. In my experience the staff is knowledgeable friendly and helpful. The product they stock is top notch.
I use flower to help me sleep due to a brain injury. They nail the choice every time. The young manager with the dark hair is the best, friendliest, and most helpful. Her selection of gummies for a friend to help her sleep was spot on. Highly highly recommended. Five stars.
Bought shatter here many times and every time was completely waxy. They store concentrates at room temp (for the entire summer to).They sell weed sprayed with fake flavours and make up ridiculous sounding strain names for weed. Also definitely make up THC levels as their product is completely untested . Highly suggest to go to an actual dispensary where product quality is controlled and you know what you’re getting. There’s a big reason this industry is controlled by the government and this store is a prime example of why …They even package shake and stem, spray it ,and call it exotic prerolls or milled “flower”.
The cherry on top of all this stuff was them refusing to serve me due to a negative review that I left them and telling me that I had to change my review or they wouldn’t serve me (which is illegal in Ontario without a valid reason). 💀 Super unprofessional will NEVER go back after spending thousands here in the past. Run more like a high school club than an actual business. You guys do realize that this is actual medication that people need ? Cancer , insomnia, arthritis … They also offer everyone free pre rolls to post positive reviews about them , and I guess threaten people who post actual honest reviews ? Instead of maybe trying to correct the issue? I dunno..Just a complete cash grab for these guys …Sad 😞 Do better ! 🙏
The young South Asian girl working there said she’s the manager, but she looks more like someone who just cleans the place. She had no clue about the product and had such a nasty attitude. Honestly, with service like that, she should be fired. They’re lucky people are still paying for this low-quality stuff.
I have had a serious sleep disorder for the last 15 years. With the Zen gummies, even cut into four servings, I can function effectively through the day. I am thankful for Zen, and the dispensary.
