Kind, welcoming, professional & a relaxed atmosphere.
My first visit tonight was a very good experience. I parked in the free lot just across the street from the front door.
I didn’t have to wait in line for more than a minute (arrived at 7:30p on a Tuesday). They had two different people doing check-ins, so you probably won’t wait long if at all.
Mike input my Caregiver info into their system quickly.
Izzy (spelling?) assisted me at the product desk and answered all of my questions. I knew what medications I needed to get but I still wanted to hear her thoughts and advice, which she was happy to give. She also gave me info about the producers of the products I requested, which I found very informative. Professional but not uptight.
I will very likely visit again!
It is a great location with good deals. Gene, & Joe helped me with some products and recommendations recently. They completely changed my opinion of the store with their simple acts of patience and kindness. The rest of the staff is very knowledgeable about their products and how it will make you feel.
Great experience this morning with Clink and Darius! I got in quickly and had a return which I replaced with a cool brand called Rove. The guys we’re super cool and explained to me which product was best for me at this moment. I highly recommend stopping by if you are visiting town or local.
Always have a great experience coming here. Came in Thursday unsure what to get and the woman at the desk was very informative and wasn’t afraid to look at her cheat sheet if she was unsure of something I asked. Gave great suggestions, conversation and even got to see how talented of a cookie painter she was while we waited for product to come out 😂. Will definitely continue to come back.
