April and Tanner were very sweet for my first time here. Helped to make me feel more comfortable as I’m usually really anxious in new settings and helped me to get a good idea on what I would want and need. April you were right about the chocolate bar btw. Thank you for the heads up!! Will definitely be looking into other recommendations from the staff at this location.

I have been going to Native Roots on Austin Bluffs for many years! It is always a great experience all of the bud tenders are so friendly and knowledgeable, I especially love Tanner he is such an amazing person he remembers your name and things about you so it’s always fun to chat while shopping not to mention he is so helpful with making new selections or answering all my questions. I highly recommend this location! It’s always clean and well stocked.
The check in process was super easy and the two people that were working were awesome. The security/check in guy was very nice and told me all the things I needed to know since it was my first time in and first time using my Med Card. Tanner the bud tender was very helpful in helping me find the perfect infused blunt. His recommendation was top notch and I will be back again! Thank you for the kind service
