I really used to love shopping here and seeing the products my brand supplies sold here with pride but sometimes the customer service is a little off putting. Placed an order after work and when I got there the business was closed an hour and a half early. I call to see what’s going on and they said they closed because of weather. Ok fine. I’m at the window trying to get my stuff and they’re telling me “sorry about it” so I call to see if I am able to get my order the next day with the deal on there because they’re running a special on a brand for March madness. They say no we can’t do that “sorry about it” again… I feel like it’s always something here and I spend thousands here on products from mine and other brands…. Kind of sad when EVERY other dispensary in town will help you out when something unforeseen happens. Save your order and keep the price the same… But here I get a bunch of unnecessary attitude when I’m at the window “risking the safety of my life” to hand you my money and get my product through a drop box. I’ve literally gone down to the St. Louis location to avoid the attitude of the people who work here.
It sad that you have to lose customers due to rudeness staff. I have been a customer at this location for over 2 years and after my experience today I AM DONE. I will no longer spend my money here. I place my orders online and typically go through drive thru for pick up; paying via Dutchie, so very little interaction is required with staff. I could sense an unfriendly attitude from the guy in the window as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru and provided my license. Even with the cold attitude I still kicked in an additional tip (as I always do) with zero thanks. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve left there wishing I didn’t tip in advance and asking myself why I keep going back. I will drive a bit further to Terrabis where their staff has always been friendly and deserve their tips!
Best dispensary in the area! Always have great deals and great employees! I like how if I want to get in and out they seem to catch on and get me out of there fast and without hassle; but I’ll also see them take their time with customers who are looking for a little more help and input. Plus, can’t say enough good things about their delivery service and how easy they make it, and the delivery driver, Cassidy, is amazing!! She makes the process almost toooo convenient…
i love going here! they usually have really great deals going on for most to all of what they supply. and i’ve also used their new delivery service and it was definitely a hit. made it super easy to order while i was at work and everything was discreet and professional!

Walk right out after seeing their outrageous prices.
No deals at all on a Friday and he got really mad when I asked if they had any promotions going on he said to me what you see on the screen it’s what we have and that’s the price.
You would expect at least good service with those prices. He didn’t want to recommend anything literally turn his iPad around and told me to pick whatever I want. Why would you work in a dispensary if you don’t want to be there?
