Can’t make a reply to a reviews reply so here is my reply from Shannon ray where I reported I won’t be returning here. Constant customer. I have money in my account I could use. I don’t care to go back. It doesn’t matter what the product is. Your team isn’t prepped on how to handle said reports. If I tell you Your weed is bad, I very well expect a discount at the very least on my next Weekly order. Easy for me to go somewhere else, keep your current customers and lose whoever you want. Fine with me.
I’ve been a customer at this store many times. Most of the time, it’s an overall great experience. However you guys run this place like it’s the damn CIA headquarters. How can information not be provided to someone OTP if they provide information that they are who they say they are. I’m not driving to the store just to ask for my points balance. Maybe make it viewable for your customers when they make a profile on your lousy app, or sign in on the website.
I’ve been going to this location for a long time and the employees were always very nice and accommodating. I always enjoyed nature med and it’s close to my home. This was not the case on Sunday MARCH 16th, 2025. I know Sunday is the busiest day for them but, everyone from the front desk person to the check out person was rude. Instead of treating customers like people and working out the issues at hand. I realize that I messed up my online order. They wanted to be aggressive and unfortunately lost me as a customer. I wouldn’t give your money to these people. You work too hard for it to be treated like they’re doing you the favor. Customer service training is lacking.
Update. Went to the offalon location they were very helpful. The other store banned me. For. Being mad at the manager for lying to my face had to make a 35min drive. The manager at that location was amazing
3 weeks in a row. Issues 1st week sold me. Wrong name labeled product 2nd week said was instock got there none available was told there in online order blah then today I call ahead to check on available doesn’t go look just goes ya we got a few left. I get there 5min later and goes. I told.him we might. Then finally talk to him directly and goes. Oh we had one and it just walk out the door wen he said to staff b4 that. I said we may. Wen he never got off the phone to go look terrible customer service when I’m a medical patient
