Disappointing Experience – Will Not Return
I had high hopes for this dispensary after reading some glowing reviews, but my experience was nothing short of a disaster. First and foremost, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. When I asked questions about the products, I received vague answers that didn’t inspire confidence in my purchase.
The selection was far from impressive, with many products out of stock or labeled incorrectly. I ended up buying a strain that had been poorly stored, as evidenced by its dried-out appearance and lack of flavor. When I reached out for a refund or exchange, the management was dismissive and rude, which left a sour taste in my mouth.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the premises was concerning. The floors were sticky, and it seemed the shelves hadn’t been organized or cleaned in quite some time. It’s hard to trust a place that doesn’t maintain a hygienic environment.
To top it all off, the prices were much higher than surrounding dispensaries, with no justification for such a markup considering the lack of quality and service. Overall, my visit was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for a positive experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
First time visiting NETA, and it was great. Lots of parking, and cute little outdoor space right near the entrance. Placed an online order and it was ready super quick. Molly assisted with checkout, and was super friendly!
PS – I would recommend allowing staff to keep tip jars. Most dispensary’s I’ve visited, between MA and RI have tip cups for staff. I’ve always received great service and sometimes the best recommendations for add-on’s at point of sale … especially when paying in cash. Food for thought.

As a medical person with a medical card at the time it really is very little difference between recreational and medical one recreational I do not understand how they can do a certain tax on top of the state tax too recreational in any other store it’s cheaper than going to never.! They have good products and they sold their store at least three times since they opened up they have good products but the prices are a joke
Molly was fantastic! I’ve been coming here for awhile and I always have the best experience. I wish NETA had a set up for Budtenders to accept tips!! They are phenomenal ❤️
