Would do 0 stars if possible. Went in after a week of sickness looking probably homeless if I’m being honest. I’ve never had an issue looking nice, but the lady who I had the pleasure of dealing with was ruder than I’ve experienced in a while. Apparently, I talked to much and she couldn’t keep her mouth shut about it until I left the inside of the building. From what I hear from others who have went here, they only gave good experience with the male staff mainly. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Nirvana is the hands down the worst cannabis dispensary I have ever walked into. I just moved over into the area and heard good things about it and it doesn’t have to bad of reviews but that was not the experience I just had tonight on November 23, 2024 at 8:55 pm. I called nirvana at 2:33 earlier today to make sure I DONT WASTE MY TIME AND GAS GOING THERE. I called to ask if they would take my old vertical ID with the paper saying my horizontal is coming into the mail (other cannabis dispensary take them) and the lady on the phone put my on hold and asked a manger if they could take it. She came back and told my “yes you have to the both of them and as long as it says your new ID is on its way”. So when I showed up after work the short little “man” with a beard there was rude the moment I walked into the dispensary. I get that they “don’t” except them but when a CUSTOMER is told one thing and waste time and gas to go to your cannabis dispensary I expect the worker to have the decency to be nice. I would rather go to cannabis and glass the equivalent to a fast food restaurant then go to nirvana again. Nirvana you need to get your employee in check. Teach them how to work in customer service because that was the worst experience I’ve ever had. You just lost a GOOOOD loyal customer. Do better.
Excellent customer service and they have very knowledgeable employees who know their stuff. Staff is very friendly and respectful and if they don’t have something that your looking for they will help u find out where u can get what u are looking for.
