Oakanna

I been going here for 7 months now no issue .but one day one of the bud tender gave me the wrong product so when I get home I opened it thinking it was the same thing I had because they are the same color. I went back and the guy that served me denied giving me the right product I bought. We get into a argument in front of everyone eventually I get the right one that i paid for .days go by and the guy who gave me a hard time now don’t want to serve me,to the point I’m next in line and he is open he goes to the back no acknowledgement at all .it’s never been that serious. I bring it up to the manager and he said he doesn’t have to serve me .so basically if he is open and I’m next in line he just leave like he running away from me and avoiding me every chance he gets very unprofessional.they also have another bud tender and rushes me everything I deal with him I only have issues with two people there everyone else is cool.the price on the wall isn’t the real price for anything in there they don’t have a menu, you have to know what you want before you get there because one person will rush you to buy.avoid going to the guys with dreads the taller guys with dreads are rude and disrespectful the guy with color in his dreads is very nice and respectful that’s it everyone else is disrespectful. The manager let the employees smoke in front of the door very unprofessional and there pretty pricey I spent a lot of money there to be treated like trash .

I was on my way to another dispensary but had to grab some money from the ATM. Luckily, Chase is directly across the street from Oakanna. When I was about to get back in my car, I saw this place and remembered that this dispensary was brand new and has only been open for about 4 weeks. I decided to go in. As you enter, you feel the colorful, modern light vibes. I love the amount of items that are displayed throughout the store. Just enough to get you wanting more. The prices here are cheaper than most and the staff are EXTREMELY COOL 😎. Seriously, I was greeted by every staff member that was present and had an in depth conversation. It’s also located near tons of shops and restaurants which makes this place a prime location for business. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Great experience 5 stars atmosphere!
