The Guy who answered the phone today @11am on 12/31/2024 at this location wasn’t friendly. One of his co-workers was trying to help me out to try and keep a customer and I’m assuming either the manager or who ever answered the phone wasn’t polite at all. Dude needs to focus on customer service and needs to learn how to talk to customers on the phone. He’s the reason why this location get 1 star. The guy that helped me in the 1st place knows that it’s about helping customers. Sure enough this guy will punish the other worker for being there for the people. SMH I told him I wasn’t coming back and he said some smart remarks. Next time don’t sell people carts that don’t fit their pens smh
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. And discount days! Online ordering with in store pick up makes it a 5 minute stop at the end of my day.
I always have a good experience with the staff and they’re very helpful.
Well for many yeah of the of collecting shops open I been going there , I loved it every was awesome nice and help full till well about a month a ago at the liberty store there was an employee by the name a Brandon he just had this rude look on his face whwn we entered I went to the flower look at it checked my wallet and I didn’t have my id in my wallet so I took out to the car to look my girl friends Was with n she just bought g because I took forever looking for my wallet he said to my partner u need to text him and tell him I won’t sell for him next time. N wouldn’t sell to her… which me being a security guard I high aware of rules I genuinely was looking for it in my car I get that text for my parent n that made me mad what ever , then a couple day I went to buy flower like I do ever week I went in same location n Brandon was there I taught about she I buy from here? I decided I would go to the cross st and I did today I went in there and again he was there I kinda looked at some flower then the energy just made me wanna leave I did the he asked for my id as I’m Walking out the door him waisting my time I dropped my 40 dollars that I had got on a tip last night at work my first tip he took it and when my lady went to ask he said in his word I didn’t see it but came back in a hour maybe I have had found it like …ok now this make the company look bad for hiring someone like that manage ment might want to deal with this issue or I will be taking legal matter yeah it’s only 40 dollar but it’s the matter of honest n customer care
Liberty location super unwelcoming and unfriendly. Staff was eating dinner in front and did not like being interrupted. With so many local dispensaries that are friendly and inclusive skip this one if you want a good experience.
