Have been a patient going on 3 years and I have never had any issues what so ever. I can make my appointments online quick and easy. Then have my appointment over the phone which is so much easier than driving to some office somewhere. And they send any kind of instructions you will need to your email which in my opinion makes it so much simpler, it’s step by step all the way.
I have been a patient for 3 years now. They are always able to work with my schedule even when I have last minute changes. The give me reminders of when things are due or things that are coming up. Very easy to use!
I found this place by accident, but figured I would give them a try. I was nervous, I’m not sure why as I was pretty sure my health issue would be approved for a card.
I paid the fee and answered the questions ahead of time, providing as much information as I could prior to speaking with the physician.
The MD called me 15 min early! She was nice, went through the form clarifying a few things and within 15 minutes I was complete. She also discussed some recommendations, and said if I have questions about what types, dosages to please call back, they have people to assist with that.

Quick and easy! From start to finish they were there. Once I did the questionnaire, I received calls and emails to walk me through the process. Within minutes I was talking to the doctor and had my recommendation completed. Then within an hour or so my card was in my email ! I was at the dispensary within a few hours of starting the process!
