Literally one of the sweetest girls works here and I love her energy! This morning I had posted a negative review on what I felt was poor customer service. Shortly after it was posted, a manager named “Nick” called to investigate. To sum it up, he was very professional and understood the merit to the complaint. After speaking it was understood that a policy had changed and possibly not all employees were on board. This is completely understandable.
Communication breakdowns are the single most problematic issue in most workplaces.
I have no hard feelings and feel the situation couldn’t have been dealt with better.
I have therefore deleted the original review.

Jonathan is amazing!!! He’s so knowledgeable, it blew my mind. I went as a recommendation from my surgeon for pain relief and had absolutely no idea what I was looking for.
