Options Cannabis is hands down the best dispensary in the area! This place has a sign when you walk in that promises a measly 20% off of an 1/8 of flower for: (get this…) “A 5 star Google review only saying good things about Options Cannabis.”
So, I asked the young lady at the check-in counter to explain and she said that anyone can leave them a 5 star review on Google and that the owner, who checks google reviews EVERY MORNING, would message me back ‘if she liked it’
To be completely honest folks, this place really actually sucks. It’s old, it’s dirty, and smells like a mixture of mildew and weed.
The staff are nice. The pricing is all over the place and the quality is no better than the next place.
The main problem I have with options Cannabis is the owner!
You should offer that 20% Flower discount for any type of honest review given by your customers and accept any and all honest criticism from your customers instead of trying to manipulate the community and the Google Review system just to raise foot traffic in your doors with a manufactured Google Rating to drive up revenue when in fact your entire establishment as a whole as well as the location is a worthy 2-stars at best. 💯🤨

I’ve read the comments here, and it is incredible the number of rude people who can’t seem to put their faces on right.
Folks? This is a business. It exists to make money.
I’ve been coming here since the first days of the Pandemic because they follow the rules and there are *never* any surprises at the checkout.
The staff are always friendly and professional.
I compare this consistent experience to how buying weed *used* to be prior to legalization. Aside from the constant risk of getting shorted or even ripped off entirely – I remember this one kid back in the 90’s tried to sell me a sac of oregano – this place is not even in that ballpark! Like, folks? Just back tf off a little and try to remember what buying weed was like before! (IF you’re old enough, that is)
But my review is not *all* unicorns and fairies: My ONE issue with the store is this wet floor sign I keep having to move out of my way. I have MS, and am in a wheelchair. Every time I’ve come by lately, there is the wet floor sign – on carpet – in my way, and I have to move it before I can access the counter to pay for my stuff. The sign has a piece of paper on it declaring it is *NOT* to be moved. I must move it every time.
I have no Idea why it’s there, but I don’t take it personally. I don’t threaten to call the fire marshal, I don’t make a fuss – because that is literally the *one* issue I have with this place.
The staff are always friendly; they open the doors for me, they give me a welcoming smile, they thank me for coming.
(EDIT: I think I know why the medical side is closed: Some time ago, the law for obtaining a medical was changed to make it *DRASTICALLY* more expensive to obtain a medical license to purchase weed. Now, you have to get opinions by *TWO* different doctors in order to get medical. And since it is still not federally legal, yet, those doctors are not covered by your insurance. You will be out-of-pocket for at least $500 of BS to get a medical! The state is clearly waging a war on the poor.)
