This place is amazing- you have to stop in if you partake in anything they have to offer! Even if you’re not familiar and you have questions, the staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting John today and walked out of that store with more knowledge and everything that i could possibly need! Additionally, the customers are also joyous. I was cracking jokes with John and a very friendly lady who was clearly happy to make her stop in! Truly, i can’t say enough good things about this place. it’s my new favorite shop 🤝 go visit them!
Pretty good products with variable customer experiences. Employee did not told/advised of the store policy of the vape return that I had purchased 2 days ago.
If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Any time we come in there it’s always a warm welcome. Always great knowledge of their products. They are always eager to answer any questions that you may have. They really do treat us like family. Great rewards program also. Definitely safe to say this will always be our go to place in Madison. Keep up the great work you guys!!!
