Today’s shopping experience was surprisingly amazing. Kristy was so amazingly friendly, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, and accommodating. She made sure that I got signed up for their rewards system, that I received my first purchase discount offer, and that I got the absolute best possible price at the end of it all. This was the best service I’ve ever had at a dispensary. Everyone, in fact, was very friendly and helpful today. Thank you all so much for making my day!
the lines were long as usual but it makes the day better with the customer service from ashley she was great the security helped me with my questions as well the customer service makes up for the horrible wait we have to do outside
The line to get into this place is actually awful. Every time I’ve gone to pick up my online order it has taken over an hour to get INSIDE the building. Making patients wait in the freezing cold is not ok. There should be better systems and more staff to take care of this community. Very disheartening to be honest
I came here yesterday and not only was there no line, my online order pickup experience was great, so welcoming, and super fast! Deonte was awesome, great personality, friendly, and very helpful. He even took the time to look into any discounts when I asked about the deals that day! Definitely made my experience 10/10🔥
