Had a fun visit to this dispensary. It’s definitely very large and it’s more than just a dispensary. They also have stores, gift shop and restaurants. Be aware you do have to be 21 to even enter this property which I didn’t realize. After you check in, they give you a number and then when your number is called, you go to that register. The customized one on one service is outstanding. The staff is extremely knowledgeable , which was a huge help since I really don’t know much about This. They explained everything in great detail and gave me all the different options and price points . Jerry was patient and very kind and I ended up choosing some items that I thought were great. I highly recommend this dispensary due to the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They also have an amazing selection of products and it really is a site to see the largest dispensary in the world.
Huge store, view product processing. View product in glass display cases, @planet13bar! Lounge to Njoy, kiosks upon entering. Security visible and engaging, very approachable! The front staff is excellent, Hello, Goodbye, good energy! There should be more effort out of the kiosk staff, not very engaging or eye contact, faces in the cell! Sign in when entering the purchase store. A number will be next to your initials on visible screen, pay attention or cashier goes to next person! I couldn’t find one staff member on the floor with proper procedures to get me some assistance in purchase or brand name products! Disappointing, Candy, the only staff member that didn’t drop the BAG and was so KIND to assist me, as she saw I was irritated. Candy was very knowledgeable of products and pricing, so helpful. Over priced in my opinion. It’s an experience, though. I won’t take that from them. Lots of pictures and paintings and lots of people, always busy.
You have to sign into a kiosk and wait until you’re text to be served. We spent 240 dollars here in 2 days, which included edibles and flowers. The edibles I never felt kick in. We had a session every 3 to 4 hours, 3 spliff per session. The flower we chose kept us alert and happy, which made it easier to stay on the go.
We didn’t experience the lounge as there was a 20-minute wait, and you had to purchase whatever you were going to consume in the lounge, which did not include your already previous purchase to take home. Oh, and whatever you did not finish in the lounge, you could not take with you. You had to leave. Say what?! Yes!
I barely had time with a layover to visit both ways in the round trip adventure. The first time was in the morning before the events opened. The second time, the lounge was fully booked with a private party. It’s still an amazing shopping experience with the beautiful displays of the newest products. I’m glad I had the chance to see the largest cannabis shop in the world.
A cannabis lover’s dream! The variety of products is unmatched, and the THC sodas were a fun and unique addition. The staff provided excellent customer service, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. While it’s a bit pricey, the quality absolutely makes it worth it.
