I just stopped in for the first time and was amazed at the ambiance and the selection of product, right off the bat. Alize was my budtender and she was a outright pleasure to talk to, very knowledgeable, and made sure I left with a smile on my face. She was able to help me get exactly what I wanted and I was able to get me a great deal too. The location is lovely and security was wonderful too. 10/10 would recommend for anybody looking for a top notch experience.
I have been coming to Plant galaxy for a while and I’ve always experienced excellent customer service.
On this recent visit, I brought my wife for her first visit to a dispensary.
The security officer, Jay, Welcome to us at the front desk and got us quickly, checked in and informed us of all of the savings that were available to us.
Rob was our blood tender and was very knowledgeable and attentive to us. He answered all of my wife’s questions and helped her to make the Choice she needed for her own care.
The products that were suggested did a wonderful job of helping to ease her pain and we have already been back for her second visit.
I would recommend Plant Galaxy to any of my friends, looking to pick up their greens in a safe, reliable, and reasonably priced dispensary.
This was my first time at this dispensary. One of my favorite tinctures is hard to find so I drove ~40 mins to pick that up along with a few other products. I checked in with this polite security guard and he gave me this super cute Happy Meal looking box with offers and information inside. I was called inside and helped by Lyn (Carolyn). I told her I had an online order but wanted recommendations for prerolls. She gave me a few options and let me smell the actual flower. She was very patient and sweet. There’s this game where you find Yoda in the store and get $2 off. I found it! I also got 30% off one item and Lyn helped me get the best deal possible 10/10 stars for Lyn, I hope she’s there whenever I return! The atmosphere is also very upbeat and laid back.
I told her that if they were selling cute! I would take a whole bag of Her! Beautiful ❤️

My wife was very impressed with this store. Jared treated her with kindness and really went out of his way to communicate effectively with a deaf person. Mass kudos to the staff. They also loaded her up with a plethora of freebies for being a first time buyer. This place is fantastic. Thanks!
