Customer experience update:
I recently had an experience with Platinum Leaf that initially left me feeling unsatisfied. However, I’m pleased to share that Sam, one of the owners of FlowerHouse personally reached out to address my concerns.
I now understand that the staff at Platinum Leaf couldn’t immediately replace the items I purchased due to their store policy. Although this was initially disappointing, it is part of their standard procedure to handle returns and exchanges in a specific manner.
The owner’s proactive approach in reaching out to me made a significant difference. They ensured that my concerns were addressed and that I left satisfied with my overall experience. This gesture of care and attention demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Despite the initial hiccup, the way Platinum Leaf handled the situation was commendable. Their dedication to ensuring a positive experience for their customers is evident, and I appreciate the effort they made to resolve the issue.
As a token of goodwill, I received a complimentary jar of their “Durban OJ” from FlowerHouse that left me more than satisfied. I also recommend trying their Platinum Reserve PreRolls—awesome stuff!
This place is great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, pretty good prices and variety. It’s a little far from me personally to make it my go-to spot, but if I lived closer it would be. The one thing I will say to you guys, is the website needs some work. It seems pretty buggy. I have to enter my d.o.b. About ten times as I’m looking through the site. Not sure if this is unique to me or not, but just some food for thought.
Asked for a disposable vape that was not distillate (wanted full spectrum) and was sold on more than what I wanted AND it said distillate in fine print on the back even after the guy told me it wasn’t. Said it was better than distillate. I knew to check after the reaction I had to it.
Please don’t lie to get a sale, it was on me for not checking the package myself and trusted he was right. Waste of $$$
Very friendly staff. Fantastic selection. Very affordable options and more premium options. Great deals, check out staff picks too.
Always a pleasant place to shop and everyone is always very welcoming.
