I had a very disappointing customer service experience today. Compared to the other cannabis store nearby, Canvas Cannabis, which is only a couple of minutes away, this location falls short in many ways—especially in customer service. Canvas Cannabis is far superior in both quality and how they treat their customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.
Great menu, but there’s one specific employee who constantly gives me the wrong product. Within 1 week I had to go back twice to swap it out for the right product. Today I got home, opened the tube and realized it was completely different than what the person told me he was giving me.
Good menu, nice people but could be dangerous giving the wrong product to the wrong person.
From out of town and they did not have our regular items but the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable and found us a product I would argue is better than our usual

The Nintendo is a great old-school edition and gives the place a lot of character but the best part about this store is the staff!
