It’s my first time here and the staff and atmosphere are really nice the shop is small but feels cozy and the staff are all book nerds which I love.

I love the environment here. They are very welcoming and very informative on the types of strands you need. I would 10/10 recommend this place. I lost my ID and they actually had it and safely returned it to me. I tell everyone to come here.
I’m a regular customer here and today this store closed 15 mins before closing, if they do that there should be signs stating that but if they close at 10pm close at 10pm not 9:45!! I rushed all the way here for nothing! The close sign was flipped on me at 9:45pm. See the photo for time stamps completely unprofessional!! I’m mad as hell
