The employee working today (Sept 3rd around 2:15pm, really pretty loc’d hair with purple in it) provided fantastic customer service.
I mentioned the reason I was purchasing, and that I was just buying the same thing I always do because I didn’t know anything better was really an option, and she was on the ball to get me something that would work even better for my needs.
I’m so thrilled with what she recommended and I’m so grateful for the help! After a few years of just buying the same thing because I thought that was the best option, it was great to have a personalized recommendation. Thank you!
If I am as cool as the woman working with locs and badass nails, I swear I’ll be okay. I walked in with rubber boots and sweat pants and she made me feel like a star. Absolute goddess!
Always pleasant staff. The management seems to be fairly consistent. Prices always fair. 10/10 my go too shop to stop. Edit; change of opinion. This is my second time dealing with the 6’2 identity crisis. I can have compassion for people stuggling for “themselves” and being in the customer service industry in general but both times I’ve had to deal with it where it was just “they” working in the store and I’ve been “greeted”(not literally, not even a “hello”) with some sort of condescending verbiage and or attitude. Happening once, I can let it slide, twice is a pattern. Won’t be back.
