Been purchasing their products since the week they opened. Noticed a few weeks ago on my receipt that I have been accumulating points. There are two things troubling about this. Firstly, I was not told about their points program during my first visit. Secondly, I made purchase today and asked for details on the program and how could cash in my points. I was told even the employees have no knowledge of how the points program works. Not what I wanted to hear.
If I don’t receive a response from the owner I will taking my business elsewhere. Whole lot of options compared to last year.
The customer service was amazing ! from the time I walked into the building I was greeted with smiles and warm faces, they talked me through prices, strands and their overall variety and quality of the products. And I can honestly say some of the best bud around I will definitely be a regular at this place. Definitely will be recommending this spot to friends
