Just happened to be in the area had a Lil cash on me and decided to stop by the 2 shops on Gilbert st. Went to the other one first and did find one thing I needed there. I’m looking for the best deals for my dollar and am up front about it and thus must ask to check prices to meet my specs. Left there feeling rather neutral. Rolled down the block now with little expectations to the store with the Green Lights…Primo! Walked in and immediately felt a welcoming vibe and interest from the 2 human beings manning the ship. After inquiring what my flavor was and with just a few words I was quickly presented with Exactly what I needed. My experience with Primo and the folks behind the counter has left me praising with confidence that is a normal occurrence at the Green Light building by the tracks. I shall definitely change my route from now on when traveling from the Potatoe to EverGreen state my much needed head medicine. Thank you and God Bless.
This WAS our favorite medicine shop but after my experience today I won’t be back. Leafly says one price, they charge you DOUBLE THE PRICE! And refuse to fix the online problem. It’s been showing the same prices for WEEKS, so they HAVE to be aware of this issue. I was charged DOUBLE on my last visit but was in such a hurry I hadn’t realized it. I put in an order today and when I arrived they were saying I owed much more. Not a great way to keep loyal customers coming back. AVOID THIS PLACE AND THEIR AFFILIATES!!
I usually don’t have a problem with cartridges and on the few occasions I have, every other dispensary has never had an issue exchanging them if there is an issue. The guy at primo actually had me walk outside with him to test the cartridge and then declined an exchange even though the coil was burnt after the first hit. Then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to shop for something else. Why would I want to waste more money when I just spent $50+ on a bunk cartridge and battery they won’t stand behind? I was within the window of return and had only taken a couple puffs off the cartridge so it’s not like I was trying to benefit off my cartridge burning. There are plenty of other shops with the same product, better deals, and less disappointing
Always have a great experience here but the other day went in with a new plaid jacket battery that wasn’t working properly and after they tried fixing it they swapped it out with no problem! Definitely recommend shopping here for great products from a very awesome staff!!
I got a defective $50 disposable brought it back five minutes later. They ” don’t believe there is anything wrong with it” then made me try to hit this dry cartage in there parking lot which did not work and denied my even exchanging it….. worse place in town and worse prices…. go to Cinder!!!!!!!! Oh and by the way testing or smoking cannabis is illegal on dispensary property
