Came to visit a friend and forgot to bring bud so I decided to drive the fifteen minutes to pur and got there 15min prior to the closing knowing exact what I wanted (would take max. 3min) and they had the doors locked and I politely knocked twice, no answer.
So disappointing.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in a store. They want to expel you out and don’t want you to browse and check the products despite being a member and even after buying stuff from them. Pathetic!
The staff was friendly, however the bag of naked mummer I purchased stinks of mildew and tastes even worse. I called to see about an exchange, they returned my call but told me that there’s nothing they can do, unless its visablly mouldy no returns or exchanges are possible. They also tried to tell me that it was the terpins that tasted like that. Im in my mid 40s ive been smoking pot for 30 yrs. I know the difference between mould and terpins. What kind of store doesn’t exchange a bad product. If I bought bad fruit, it would be exchanged, if a case of beer is bad, it gets replaced. I can even have a restaurant open a 300 bottle of wine, if it tastes off, I dont pay for it and another is opened. A neighborhood dealer would do better. Essentially I just wasted 80.00. I should have gone to the res and got a better product, thats half the price. Our pot industry has a long way to go, if they want to compete with the black market. Bad company policy. I’m an unsatisfied customer and they are unwilling to satisfy my complaint. I used to only shop at the cannabist Chain of stores , no longer will I do that.
Been in the store a few times now and I’ve always had a great experience. The bud tender Jay helped me out when I was buying my new vape among some other things and his product knowledge was insane. I had not realized how far pots come in the past few years and he helped me figure out what I was looking for. Great shopping experience, I’ll definitely be back for a resupply soon 🤙
