First time customer. Everyone from security to staff were absolutely wonderful. Ima very shy person in new environments and this being my first time here and purchasing these products, my anxiety was through the roof. But was calmed quickly by all the friendly employees and security! Thank yalls!
Every time I go there, there’s almost always a problem. One time they mislabeled their website, and when I tried to return the mislabeled bud they told me they couldn’t refund it even though it was their fault the website was wrong… They made it right by giving me some free stuff but still a hassle to deal with. Then the last time I placed an order online they somehow got the order wrong and gave me a cartridge instead of rosin, and when I went back to exchange they said they didn’t even have the rosin I had ordered, even though it was still up on their website. They didn’t give me anything for free for their mistake that I had to go correct. The final straw happened today when the guy asked if I wanted to apply my reward points to my order, I said yes, and then he only applied some of the points and left $12 of points on my account… who would only want some of their rewards used if they don’t specify that? Their system that updates the website and orders is pretty miserable and unreliable, their employees aren’t very helpful and can barely work their own system, and overall it’s just a poorly run place. Unreliable website, bad management, bad dispensary. Only reason this isn’t 1 star is the location is amazing for downtown SJ. But the convenience of walking to a dispensary is not worth the hassle of dealing with their questionable employees and bad inventory tracking system.
Excellent dispensary. The lovely lady at the front helped me in getting my Apple Fritter Jeeter vape with ease and a smooth transaction. Great location; my only recommendation for people that don’t live downtown is to pre-order online. Parking can be brutal, it’s all parking meters, and you never know if there’s a line.
Cashless payment system was a pain. One didn’t work at all a the other was broken. If you want to pay cash only, it’s a great service to use. If you need to use a debit card, forget it.
It’s a relatively small shop, but it doesn’t give a crowded feeling. The staff is friendly and sociable and seem intent on giving people a positive experience. As I mentioned, this location is a bit small, so you might not find all the accessories you need, but overall they are well stocked in what counts ;3
