We were part of the construction of purple owls from day one. We saw the transformation from being a building to what is bow. This place is an original place to be in, the set up is very cool, and they have the security all store of their kind suppose to have.
We installed the security systems, and we can say you can be more secure here than any other place…beside the security, you can choose between many products they offer to purchase.
Just when you see their outdior purple sign, you can see how much details they put in each corner of the store.
The showroom is so good, and the counter made from wood 🪵 makes you feel at home.
I’m so happy purple owl opened in white plains. They have plenty of parking unlike the other dispensary on Main Street. The product is amazing. They have everything you want from pre rolls, edibles, flower, vapes, concentrates and a lot more. Everyone that works there is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely make this my go to place.
WORST DISPENSARY OF ALL TIME. I went in today; it was initially quiet and I was helped quickly. Then as I was going to pay for my item that I wanted, the shop got busier with customers. Then I was told to wait while somebody else was helped, and then I was told that the credit/debit card machine was broken and I had to pay through a 3rd party link since I didn’t have cash on me at the time. I got the link and when I went to fill it out, a $5 convenience fee was added to my bill. I was then told I must pay the extra $5 since their credit card machine was broken. This is BS and I left immediately. Terrible service after not forewarning customers that it is cash only today or an extra $5 charge using a credit card, making me wait twice, then not explaining the $5 fee when I agreed to pay via the link due to their broken credit card machine. WASTE OF MY TIME. How do you not warn your customers about this credit card machine issue from the get-go? Seriously? Terrible. There are so many other much better dispensaries to go to than Purple Owl.
I love these Purple Owl Dispensary guys. Great selection and timely delivery. I bumped into POD by luck and I’m so glad I did. Nicest delivery folks you will ever meet. I’m sold. You have a costumer for life!
The Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable when you do have any questions or need suggestions. Also, the owner is a local which is a plus for me because I feel great supporting a local business as opposed to other Dispensaries in the area that have no roots in this city. 🙂
