This place is very clean. The workers are all very nice, and compassionate people. The product they have is of a very wide variety, for a vast array of needs. It’s in a very convenient location too!! They even let me go back with my husband to pick his order up!! So cool!! This place is very highly recommended, by both my husband and myself. Come to Queen City Cannabis!!
Staff is so friendly.
I’ve been here a couple times, and I keep making small mistakes because the process is unfamiliar.
But all of the staff are super kind when they redirect me.
They go out of their way to abide by the law with kindness and empathy for my experience.
Been coming here for a while but have recently become really disappointed with the products and service at this location.
Purchased, had an issue with a disposable (not the first time) so I decided to reach out. I wanted to communicate that a disposable that had no way to charge had very little to no charge left on the battery (also, not the first time).
After calling for days straight I reached out through email and repeated the attempts for over a week. Now that the return policy has expired, I’m stuck with a useless stick, and not a single attempt has been made to reach out.
Truly disappointed at the products that I have received and the non-existent customer support.

This is my go to dispensary being so close to my house. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. Sometimes the line can be fairly long due to the fact that this is the closest dispensary to Indiana and Kentucky. If you have a medical card you can skip the line. They also have great discounts for medical patients with 30% off a different type of product everyday of the week. It’s a brand new building so it’s nice inside. They also have a drive thru but to use it you have to have an online order and click the drive thru button.
The biggest downside to QCC is the parking. It’s horrible. There’s a really busy gas station next door so there’s a ton of traffic and a weird intersection and entrance/exit.
