I would give 5 stars but Mark is the only reason I go there he’s very professional and actually wants to help and is a pleasure to deal with,others just seem to get mad and lose their patience real quick when asked questions ,I thought thats what their there for to help and answer questions!! Great quality just need more professional workers!!! The quality of their products are amazing and great priced. Just wish they were more helpful.
The day of the big snowstorm they were closing early. I called to see when they were closing. I told them I was on my way and that it would take me about 45 minutes. They waited for me, didn’t rush me. Good product, GREAT people, fair price. I highly recommend that you check it out
They say they have a rewards program and I’ve fulfilled all of my orders from their app and every time I picked up the orders and paid for them and received the product. They then proceeded to cancel the order through the app therefore, I don’t get redeemed for the points. I also called and inquired about this and the whole time I was explaining what I had a question about the guy wasn’t even listening to me. I had to keep repeating what I said and he was very rude. His customer service skills were the absolute worst. I will never return here how can you be so disrespectful, rude, and such a dishonest business.
i used to frequently go here like a lot , one of the workers looked my up on facebook and added me. it made me uncomfortable and i haven’t gone back. i am nice and friendly and polite but never too polite to make someone think they can look up my name from information they got at work, and add me on social media. it wasn’t anyone my age either which really rubbed me the wrong way. i am not interested in a 40 year old with kids.
Always a pleasant experience, quick, fast, great loyalty program. Always good deals every week. Facility is very clean and always smells good. Very cutesy decorated for Halloween! Every worker there is so unique it’s very cool. 5 stars.
